It's a dad joke. Nostr is a protocol, which means it's like a set of rules, which any developer can create on. It's distributed and decentralized in many ways, so there is no corporate structure. Same as how there's no CEO of say, email protocol.

So us calling ourselves and each other CEO or whatever corporate speak is the ironic joke.
