Part of the playbook is to make the working class, who are not civil servants, to blame everything on the rich instead of the ones that are selected during the elections that make them selves rich. It works well too.

Exactly. The cantillonaires end up wealthy by corrupt means and then get conflated with the other 99% of wealthy people that started businesses, invented something, or just generally worked their butt off in whatever field they worked in. It’s just more classist Marxism to divide everyone instead of people banding together to focus their ire at a very small, select group of people centrally planning our societies.
