making a path-routed network out of bitcoin is a problem i'd like to hear your solution to

my main disagreements with the protocol relate to the stupidity of not advertising channel balance, how the fuck... to make a path without knowing it is gonna carry the signal?

that it only interrupts transmission on large transactions and infrequently otherwise...

i mean, idk what to say, i did a lot of work designing a source routed tor-like protocol that would use inbound keysend/AMP and the protocol was to advertise channel state, and effectively become a giant cloud of LN relays
