#NixOS 23.11 is now effectively end of life.

This means we'll stop fixing security issues, and there will be no more updates to its channels.

Upgrade to NixOS 24.05 asap.

Because of recent worrying events¹ now thinking about leaving NixOS for e.g. Debian + Nix.

¹ keep (trans/any) politics out of software projects

If you can hold out for a bit longer I'll suggest waiting until the governance discussions come to a conclusion, which was announced for early september.
