I always thought msats was weird but when you’re taking percentage splits on 21 sat zaps en masse, it starts to make a lot of sense.

There's no way to represent msats onchain though, right? Last I read that would require a hardfork to enable. Does lightning natively support it? Or is it just on ledgers of custodial wallets?
