Soooo… I haven’t kept up with all the latest Nostr protocol developments- what’s the current response to “Nostr’s weak point is that it needs relays”?

I.e. how does it scale when it needs a strong network of relays, and how can it be resilient when someone can attack relay operators / take those relays down?
