My favorite low(ish) carb smoothie recipe

1 cup frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)

1 spoonful peanut butter

1 spoonful of Two Good Greek yogurt

1 tsp of chia seeds

1.5 cups of unsweetened coconut milk (roughly)

1 or 2 tsp of stevia
