Exactly. And when considering the subjectivity of our individual realities, an example such as the qualia of colour (as you allude to there): whether we choose to override it before it enters our perceptual field, it will eventually enter that field. And that field will very likely be a separate reality to any other's perception. And that space is sacred imo. It's territory that only we can understand.
