I setup a node or two...spent $400 each for incoming and outgoing and now I can't receive payments anymore. I basically lost $800 on this garbage.

It uses SSO. What exactly is the problem? What are you using as a node! LND? I know you still have one channel closing and it is not lost. You can check what channels are closing and what TXID they have, and check their fees. If fee is too low you can either wait or bump it using cli. BTCPayServer gives you access to lncli- bitcoin-lncli.sh 🐶🐾🫡
