Yes varial is when the board rotates (a shuv it) relative to you. I think the first would be 180 varial flip and the latter differentiated by frontside/backside by whichever side faces forward mid spin nostr:npub1yrnuj56rnen08zp2h9h7p74ghgjx6ma39spmpj6w9hzxywutevsst7k5cx knows. e.g in a frontside [180] varial heelflip you face forward in the middle of a 180, board spins the same way and ends up 360 turned around.
