My soaps are ready to package up. They have cured for about 6 weeks now. A lady at church requested some sets of soap, comfrey salve, and lip balms for christmas gifts, so I need to get em ready. #grownostr #homemade

Do you sell this somewhere? π

Are you going to put it on the Nostr marketplace?
I think i want to try shopstr. Need to learn how to use it. I saw you post something for sale, and it showed up on my feed. What did you use to list that? Shopstr?
No. Amethyst has an option to post something for sale. It's only for Android users. There should be something for iOS.
Yes, i figured out that i needed to update amethyst, and the little icon shows up now, so should be easy from here. Thanks!
If you list it on https://shopstr.store/ it will show on the amethyst marketplace listing (eventually more clients may decide to support it). Login there with extension or create a separate acc with npub just for that. Nice product π
Annie, if i want to use shopstr, how do i sign in? When i click on List an Item, it says i need to sign in, but where?
Maria!!! We need to talk! Soap making?!?! I want details! Set me on the path!
Oh boy, where to start. The possibilties for recipes are endless. You must decide which fats you want to use, and which liquids. I use olive oil, coconut oil, goats milk, and water. After you choose your fats/liquids you want to use, you go look up a soap calculator. Lots of them online. You plug in the ingredients you want to use, then the calculator tells you the amounts for the size batch you want to make. I use the cold process method, and make 3 different scents. Same recipe, just vary the essential oil for fragrance (optional). I found a recipe that works for me and is consistent, so i've stuck with it. But like i said, the ingredients you can use are limitless. Highly recommend looking up some basic recipes on YT then branch out from there. Its simple, but you do have to measure very carefully.
Sounds like I need to start down the rabbit hole and loop back on this one π§Ό π
