Why wouldn't a #nostr client give me the option to automatically zap for reposts up to a certain threshold?

'PAY' for up to '25' reposts the amount '1000' sats. When done, pay the highest follower account who relosted '10000' sats

who are the nostr dev wizards I should follow? what bounty can I offer to add this functionality
