The 1.4.0 for Damus recently hit the App Store - there is an image icon in the bottom left when you go to create a note now 😍

Otherwise, @dmnyc​ is spot on - you can upload it and paste the link into a note.

I believe nostr.build is the default for Damus anyway ☺️✨
