No effect on flavor to me. Makes it super creamy, like creme brulee coffee but w/o sugar lol

I have been doing it on amd off for a couple years. I get the nicest eggs I can, ideally corn and soy free organic and truly pasture raised. But if that isnt available, I just get the best I can and dont worry about it 🤙
