A plan to stop Craig Wright:
- Start a podcast/series of blogs called “Craig Wright did not invent bitcoin”
- lure him into suing for defamation
- ensure the content is only available in the US so the proper venue for the suit can only be in the US
- use the truth defense
- court rules there’s no proof he’s satoshi
- goodbye Craig
What is the truth defense? /lazyweb
If you are sued for defamation you can defend yourself by claiming that the statements you made were factually true. Example: I say Craig isn’t satoshi, he sues saying that statement harmed his reputation, I defend myself by saying it isn’t defamation because my statements were factual.
What’s going on? He do something else today?
Not that I know of, he just annoys the shit out me so whenever I see his name I think of ways to stop him
