Replying to Avatar Diyana

Last night I started to feel weird, like I'm going to lose consciousness... Got scared I may be having a stroke and called 911 (first time I've ever done that)

Paramedics came. Checked me out. Said my heart looked perfect and my blood pressure was fine and everything looked ok and I should try to relax.

I'm feeling hazy and somber today.

Yeah. I feel like I've died so many times and I am still scared of death. Really holding tight to this realm.
