Why is having to show ID to vote such a controversial idea? My state already requires this.

Yeah lol that's the argument that I hate the most. How patronizing and condescending is it to claim that any particular ethnic group is somehow less capable of acquiring a photo ID?
It makes me insane that it’s even an argument that, seemingly, some people take seriously.
