Pure black on oled screens saves battery life (pixel isn’t turned on). Post background should be black. Separator grey.

The first computers - we'll the old 286's and 386's - had black screen backgrounds.

Turns out the new "darkmode" is just the original "mode". 😏

Yes! First hockey pool I ever did as a lod was on my friends PC in his basement and we typed out our lists on a black background with neon green font and printed it out on the old perforated tear tab paper.
