Why is the Hawk Tuah girl in trouble for her crypto coin? I'm confused? People were like it was a blatant scam pump and dump.

All shit coins are blatant scam pump and dumps. Trump coin is a blatant scam pump and dump. All his family did the same thing. Can someone explain the difference. I don't really get it.

I'm not trying to be cute. What is the difference? Not famous enough to keep it from crashing ad quickly? That seems unfair.
