If you don’t have write access to the wine, it won’t show up there. By default it’s sent to your write relays, so if your write relays don’t have it either, then yeah, that’s a bit odd.

You should be able to see it on https://nostr.wine
If you didn’t enable "send only to nostr.wine" when posting, then even if you can’t write to wine, it should still show up on other relays, at least on your own profile page.
