Although I prefer #[4] s variant that leaks less metadata and allows for additional commands https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/pull/406

But if these additional commands are supposed to be widely adopted, they would need to be in their own NIP anyway. And with a key not tied to any identity I believe the metadata leak is not that important.
