My waiter tonight took his tip in #Bitcoin when I gave him the option. It was a pretty sizable tip. Didn’t even hesitate. Had to download a wallet, didn’t own any, and said I was the first person to ever ask him. This would have never happened with a no coiner 3 years ago. We are gonna win and the winds are shifting.

Most every one new person I have met won’t take free Bitcoin if you offer it to them. Southeast United States. Then again I wouldn’t talk to me either. No I’ve never offered it as a tip for service.

I always ask my server or bartender, “Would you consider taking your tip in Bitcoin?” You’d be surprised how many people say yes.

I wouldn’t be. You’re asking someone who is paid to be nice to you to indulge your weird ideas and tipping mechanism.
