Kinda wanna buy a mall

& renovate it with a bunch of frens to open my own citadel.

We can use part of it for apartments. Work center & such … it will work. I know this. Gonna meditate on this more. But my location is PERFECT 🤩 for shipping in continental #USA

IME dealing with other commercial properties it’s not always about just the idea.

At least in Indianapolis , I’ve dealt with multiple POLITICAL sideshow shite.
