a social credit system can be run off the Bitcoin system
Everything can be run outside the bitcoin system. Inflation runs outside the bitcoin system as well. We have a chance to live with a stable economy in which we all have responsibility. You can find some answers in THE FIAT STANDARD book by Saifedean Ammous, better explained than I could in the post.
I knew about Bitcoin manager I watched the development of Bitcoin and people that knew about it were cryptologist hackers and cyberpunk the creator of the Bitcoin said that there was some downfalls with Bitcoin but he was hoping that it would be improved on what Bitcoin was supposed to be is what Monero is
