I dig this app too. Great for non-body builder types that just want to work various muscles and look healthy. The videos are great. I am more of rotator: upper one day, lower the next. Minimal time.
To dispel myths and keep things simple: eat as close to the farm as possible (fresh ingredients from farm to table. Kitchen staples: heat, olive oil, salt, lemon juice). Eat less then you burn to lose excess fat. Put resistance on muscles to build muscle.
