I did a whois over your domain and it is registred on a Japanese company.
Write a message to the domain name provider and ask if it is normal.

I already wrote to them and they replied this:

Kindly wait for the DNS to propagate online. It may take around an hour up to 48hours for the DNS to fully propagate online.

Once domain is totally resolve and still not accessible online, kindly check with your server hosting for further assistance."
Did you configure the IP of your host?
It seems you bought a domain name but your website isn't hosted on the name provider.
Are you hosting with your own server?
The site is hosted on isolabellart.carrd.co but isolabell.art when I go to add it as a custom domain turns out not to be registered.
I no longer know what to do.
You should be able to place the host url into the control panel of the name provider.
There use to be a place to redirect the site.
