I know and work with some doctors in the UK, and I know first hand that this situation is true. Many doctors are spineless individuals who are making a lot of money and so they won't say anything to compromise that - at least not publicly. It is one of the reasons I won't shut up about this issue.

People can pretend all they want that it's not happening, but it won't change the past or make this go away. I couldn't live with myself, nor would be blame them for ending it because of the guilt.
