I hate when I’m sick and have to skip out on lifting heavy at the gym

Lifting is a great source of mental clarity for me and it always makes me feel accomplished and better for the day, even if it’s a mediocre session

However it’s also good to listen to my body and give it the rest it needs

This is me just coping with skipping the gym because I’m congested and have a splitting headache, by the way😂
