DYOR but specifically look into Nicotine & Covid/Flu.
I’m open minded. I’ve heard a few good pro-nicotine arguments before. But does the delivery method matter? I’ve seen a lot of evidence in my own life that cigarettes and vaping are very detrimental.
Delivery doesn’t matter. Binding effects, focus, mental clarity, etc etc.
What about effects on appetite? Or risks of cancer?
Do you have a recommended source to find some more in depth information from?

Cancer does not come from nicotine use. That’s a fact.
I agree it doesn’t come from nicotine use, but modern cigarettes and vapes certainly cause it. A lot of my friends have started using nicotine pouches which I speculate have less additional shit.
In practice, 99% of the people I’ve been around who use nicotine do so out of pure addiction and not because of any perceived benefits. Hell, a lot of the people doing it openly admit they don’t want to☠️

I agree it has benefits, but I also think it has tradeoffs. Although I admittedly know next to nothing on the topic.
Watch out for cigarettes though. They’re far from pure tobacco. Stick to cigars.
