I have incorporated them into my smoke, but have cut way back. I will also make tea for my kids to help them get over coughs. You need to use a coffee filter because is has tiny hairs that can hurt your throat.

Its huge! How long have you had those plants? Are they a bocking variety?
Almost 4ft! Probably is sterile boking as it's been there 10 years and not spread
I can't wait mine are going into year 3 they are not as bushy yet but I am further north that yourself I believe
