In a conversation a few years ago, I mentioned how Sweden doesn't really have the clicks like American high school does, with the jocks and the nerds and the geeks and such.

The other person bluntly and truthfully pointed out, "Sweden is a country of nerds."

He wasn't wrong.

I was literally in the technical program in high school, and multiple of my classmates were very into soccer and other sports.

I mean, we win multiple gold medals in the Olympics, though we've only recently reached 10 million in population.

Also, Skype, spotify, and minecraft are all from Swedish creators.
