I don't know how to explain to these people that they explicitly and merrily voted for their own eventual unemployment.
Private companies are going broke or leaving, at a record rate, with falling real wages and families struggling to make ends meet and buy food, housing is a scarce asset, while the flood of Glücksritter from foreign countries never abides.
These are the people who wanted this deinstrialization dystopia, the most, and harangued us all, for years. They have destroyed the entire country, to get this.
Now, they're getting this, good and hard.
For the English speakers, Chialo is the Culture Senator of the German city-state of Berlin and Berlin is completely broke, so the cultural budget is being cut dramatically and they're protesting.
Local governments, all over Germany, that are responsible for paying for unemployment, welfare, and asylum, are slowly going broke and making dramatic cuts.
