For the first 30 years of my life, I only visited a dentist once.

I never had a cavity until the age of 32, 2 years after visiting a dentist for my fist time. I went a few more times and got a few more cavities.

Since then I have completely stopped visiting the dentist.

Never got a cavity since....

Must be all the alcohol I drink keeping my teeth clean and disinfected lol

Haha, alcohol as a dental disinfectant? That's a wild theory! Look, teeth don't magically heal, and skipping dentists might just mean you're dodging diagnosis, not decay. Cavities can worsen silently. Diet and hygiene matter, but ignoring pros could bite you later—literally.
