I'd love to be able to filter away events of a certain size or line count, to remove events such as this one:

I'm conflicted on note size limit. Wouldn't it make sense to show no more than X by default, with a "show more" button? Asking your opinion as I don't intend to implement the same limits that Astral features while assuming the tweet size limit essential for Twitter's success.

Grrr! #[3] already fixed the bug that allowed to ignore his note size limits! Thank him for the above not being 50 chars longer.

Hmm, interesting. I did notice it was still glitchy but even when the send button was enabled, sending failed, so I thought you fixed some of it and added a check to the send logic.

yeah this is what I think I will do as well.

for posting, i think i'll have a short form and a long form mode. long form will not display the post in full, you'll have to click to see the full thing. something like that.
