It’s really amazing. They want to do computer things with as many menus and mouse clicks as possible, but when it comes to making good coffee they’ll swear by Keurig because “oh it’s so convenient to have my cup of stale shit-tier coffee in 30 seconds” and then roll their eyes at me taking the 15 minutes to grind fresh beans and do a pourover.
