Let's grow #Potatoes

Items:

Sprouted potato

large bucket or planter

Soil, compost

straw, or leaves

Put about an 2 inches of soil, compost on the bottom of your planter/bucket

Cut the sprouts so they sit upright on the soil.

Cover the sprouts so you cannot see them with the leaves or the straw.

When the sprouts start showing over the leaves, put another layer of soil, compost, leaves or straw over them again.

Do this every time the sprouts appear unti the planter/bucket is about 80% full

Then just water every couple of days and wait until the leaves start to die off.

When the leaves are completely brown, dead and sad looking.

Dump the container and you will have mondo potatoes!!!
