How’s your diet? I solved chronic headaches, dry skin, fatty liver, and acute depressive episodes just by eating right (cutting out seed oils and processed food, maxing saturated fat). I still get a cold now and again, but I get over it quickly with C, D and zinc.

No doubts I could use a healthier diet. For sure not helping me one bit.

Give it a shot. Just cutting seed oils is the biggest thing I’ve done. 60 seconds cold at the end of the shower and multivitamin have also helped. Can’t say how much is which thing, but overall I feel 100x better, and this is without adding exercise.
