Joking aside 😂 While I’m 100% convinced of the technical capabilities of Nostr and bitcoin to facilitate economic activity free from the restraints of the traditional/legacy systems, I genuinely wonder about the VIABILITY of such a system specifically because so many bitcoiners simply don’t want to spend. And it’s not that I blame them, considering what bitcoin is. It’s a bit of a catch 22. The goal I guess for any creator/producer/entrepreneur is to hone in on making things that bitcoiners truly want. OR there need to be more systems like Strike that allow people to pay in fiat, and sellers to receive in sats.
