So the Apple II was still in the library when I was in elementary school. My first ISP was Prodigy. Tech classes weren't a thing until I was in high school. Everything I know I had to learn independently from the school system. Schools don't teach you to change tires, but Gen Z doesn't even seem to want to drive. I dunno, man. I blame "feel good" parenting, in all honesty. Zero pressure to achieve anything.

The lockdown of the software is killing the brains of children thats my take on it from the tech side of it. My entire graduating class was relatively uneducated when it comes to computers whatsoever almost like they just know how to scroll an iphone like a hamster.
