Never done one. But they sound like something I'd hate 🤣 But do I hate it worse than being up all night with nose bleeds and pounding headaches and cold sweats? Maybe not.
My mom does them because she has some bad pet allergies. She swears by it. I use to get sinus migraines all the time and tried it a few times, it definitely got rid of the pain. I think a moment of discomfort would be worth it to know if it could solve your problem.
Any discharge, if so yellow or clear, any dizziness, blurred vision, or red eyes?
