They show that they absolutely understand the workings of the Cantillon effect. Nobody needs to try to apply Hanlons razor anymore.

Also, this document seems like something they put out in preparation for a ban or strict controls.

I agree with you, and also expect that a ban or strict controls will, in some regions, be countered with brass and lead.

Expect heavy annual taxation for holders. Not sure what will happen if they implement this. Will people move out of Europe if it does?
