There's something to be said about sticking to principles, especially in the privacy world. Refusing to use corporate algos and censorship prone websites disguised as networks says a lot about commitment to the services they offer. Algos are a siren, you think you get more reach but then who gets the reach are the established players and you're actually less visible on those networks than ones like these. And their flagship product speaks for itself, there is nothing like it in the space, it's in a league of it's own. That's way better marketing in the long run.
