No we could go to other communities and leave if we wanted, and grow food there.
when you get sick, what about medical supplies, equipment, and medicine ?

We can have supplies and I'm sure there would be people who know that stuff there, if not we would just die. But we probably wouldn't get sick much if we were away for disease manufacturing communities. š¤£
If we die, the survivorsā BTC gets more scarce.
