If you already have a big platform on Twitter you're set. To gain a large platform requires some combination of dishonest growth hacks, extreme dedication, talent, charisma, outrage, luck, Elon simping, and a blue check.
To get moderate engagement as a regular pleb in nostr just requires you to start posting. 🤙🫂
