Some history of the definition of the word terrorism:

Originally it meant using violence or the threat of violence to create terror within a population for political goals.

Then the words "non state actor" were added, giving us the American definition.

Now UK has created their own new definition of terrorism, "having an opinion that the Zionists don't like" is the new definition of terrorism.

It's kinda like how anti Semitism used to mean hatred of Semitic people (Arabs) but then it got changed to exclusively mean hate of European Jews.

And now anti Semitism just means "not supporting genocide or child sex trafficking"

Language is an interesting thing, rhe way it evolves over time.
