"You know, the hashtag#cypherpunks they imagined this world, and they also wanted to create this hashtag#digitalcash. And they had several attempts, but none of them were really successful.

And then suddenly hashtag#Satoshi hashtag#Nakamoto comes along and on the cypherpunk mailing list. So basically the means of communication for the cypherpunk in 2008, wrote his hashtag#whitepaper and published it and told other people, hey I think I'm onto something here. Let me know what you think. And the rest is history.

Probably everybody listening to this now knows what happened afterwards, that they launched hashtag#Bitcoin. And Bitcoin is changing the world right now.

However, then we saw this pushback against the cypherpunk movement. We saw the arrest of hashtag#FreeRossUlbricht, who created the first hashtag#darknet market with the hashtag#SilkRoad. And Ross is still in jail. They really made an example out of him. And I think he's serving more than 100 years and for what? Building a website that allowed people who wanted to sell and buy goods to do so, and even with the reputation system.

So I think a great hashtag#innovation. And Ross got a higher sentence than even the drug vendors on the Silk Road."

"And you can fck children, and you can get away with that. That's the most hilarious part."

"Yeah. And you can create weapons and murder a whole bunch of people, like in the millions, and everybody is cheering for you and saying, oh, what a great patriot you are. So the double standard is really it stinks to high heaven."
