I think it’s from Bob the builder.

Could be a new form of advertisement or spam, or just distribution of information.

Could invent a setting where a wallet could disallow receiving keysend below a set sat amount.

Many salespeople, myself included a few years ago, use email to keep in touch with clients which is a 0 cost ad. It gets old quick and people ask you to stop sending them.

So yes, maybe a few sats could make this a little better. Question is, what’s your charge to have that show up in your wallet and possibly read it.
