if we are totally honest, tech reliance has become so normalized, most find an excuse to not sleep completely offline. there is no trust. in anything. sleeping crutches are based on fear and anxiety, problems ironically caused mostly by the bombardments of electromagnetic overstimulation. "losing data". "not able to relax". "afraid of being alone". etc. i prefer to be the only one in my brain and keep it rare invitation-only. social conditioning has streamlined invasion. i do not. that is unpopular. and that is fine.
