Daily yoga is what I point to as having changed my everyday life the most.

As you become a more advanced yogi you not only build flexibility, but you gain strength, bodily awareness, and most importantly, you learn how to breathe.

Yoga lowers stress and helps the body switch from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic nervous system.

I’m 52yrs of stiff. If i can dedicate 30 minutes a day to yoga, what are the high signal poses you would you recommend?

Would you recommend one session in the am or split one each am and pm?

Would love to find some simple poses that i would see improvement/impact to keep me motivated.
