Morning Nostriches!
We backfilled turkeys from tractor supply as our original purchase did not do so hot. We bought 6, they gave us 7 & 4 died in 2 days. Not cool. The tractor supply ones are bronzes, we usually get the white so at least we’ll have some color in the yard this year.

We have wild ones that come out of the woods a couple times a year. Found them in the front yard the other day.
Every once in a while I’ll get a huge flock that comes through, one day I counted over 60 birds. It’s great to see
The most I counted was 14. 60 would be nuts.

One day when 20 walked through close to the house the dogs saw them & barked their fool heads off. Turkeys were flying every which way, landing in trees, landing on the frozen pond, running away. It was the most glorious panic I have ever seen
